BLUEBERRY APPLE CRISP


Serves: 12

Ingredients:

4 c. sliced peeled tart apples
2 c. blueberries
2 T. brown sugar
1 c. flour, 'divided'

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 egg beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted

Method:
Place apples in a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
Top with blueberries. Mix in brown sugar and 2 T. flour.

Combine the next 5 ingredients and remaining flour. Stir in egg with a
fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit; drizzle with
butter. Bake at 350-F for 55-60 minutes or until apples are tender.
SERVE WARM.
