CAPTAIN JIM'S BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic (may be omitted)
1/4 cup finely minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
Method:
Mix ingredients together. Season to taste with
salt and pepper. Allow to steep for at least
four hours to improve the flavor.
This dressing goes mighty well on salads and
on Buffalo Chicken Wings and Celery Sticks.
