CABBAGE SLAW
Ingredients:
1 Cabbage, grated..
1 Bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 TBSP. salt
1 package of green onions (scallions)
1 onion, red or white, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 TBSP. celery seed
Method:
Bring oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and celery seed to a
boil.
Then pour over the other ingredients. Let stand 24
hours in refrigerator.
(Keeps well in refrigerator for about a week.)
