Ingredients:
3 lbs.. chicken thighs
Sauce:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup catsup
1` small piece root ginger, mashed
1/4 tsp. salt
Place chicken thighs in baking pan.
Combine ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake until brown.
If desired, chicken may be pre-salted
Bake: 350 degrees
Time: 40-60 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
