EASY CAKE
Ingredients:
Yellow Cake Mix (box)
Large can of Crushed Pineapple (juice is used)
Large can of Cherry Pie filling
2 sticks of margarine (= 1 cup)
Use a long glass pan (some call it a lasagna pan)
Pour both cans of fruit into the pan, juice & all, mix together well.
Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the fruit evenly, do not smooth it, better if a little lumpy.
Melt the margarine & pour over the DRY cake mix.
Do not mix or smooth this.
Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for about 1 hour, its done when its good & brown.
