Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
garlic salt
salt
Season chops with salt, garlic salt and season all;
Brown chops on both sides; add onion and fry until
tender.
Pour soup and one soup can of water over
chops and onions.
Simmer with cover on about
thirty minutes. or until fork tender.
for richer flavor, I use 2 cans of mushroom soup
and NO water..
