QUICK FISHERMAN'S CHOWDER


Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE Diced Tomatoes w/ Garlic & Onion, undrained
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) whole new potatoes, drained and cubed
1 celery rib, sliced

1 lb. seafood (halibut...or...red snapper, cut into cubes...or....shelled shrimp or scallops)
Chopped green onions...or...chopped fresh parsley, optional

Method:
In a large saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.
Simmer 3 minutes.
Stir in seafood just until cooked.
Garnish with green onions or parsley, if desired.
