DELICIOUS MARINATED FLANK STEAKS
Serves: 6 - 8
Ingredients:
2 (1 to 1 2/4 pound flank steaks
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon of minced onion
3 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Method:
Prick both sides of steaks with a fork and place in a
large shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steaks. Cover;
marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning
occasionally.
Remove steaks from the marinade. Grill over hot coals 4
to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree
of doneness . To serve, slice steaks across grain
into thin slices.
