FRENCH COCONUT PIE
Ingredients:
1/2cup melted butter or margerine
4 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups coconut
Mix in order of listing...
Pour into a deep dish pie shell..
Bake 400 degrees for 10 min
375 degrees for 15 min
350 degrees for 20 min
We enjoy this served warm...
