CAPT JIM'S FRITO DIP


Ingredients:
1 32 ounce box of Velveeta cheese (chunked)
4 slices American cheese
1 10 ounce can tomatoes and green chiles
Tobasco sause
1 large bag Fritos

Method:
Put tomatoes, green chiles and Velveeta Cheese
in double boiler. Heat until cheese is melted.
Add American cheese slices and heat until melted.
Add Tabasco sauce to taste. (I really prefer Texas
Pete Hot Sauce or Louisana Crystal Hot Sauce
over Tabasco, much better flavor.)
Put in a fondue pot to keep hot.

Use Fritos for dippers. Yum! Yum!
