GLAZED CARROTS

Ingredients:
2 T. butter or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sliced carrots, cooked & drained
1 T. snipped parsley

Method:
Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt.
Add carrots; heat stirring constantly, until carrots are nicely
glazed, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
