OVEN DENVER OMELET


Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:
8 eggs
1/2 c,. half-n-half cream
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
1/4 finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion.

Method:
In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish.
Bake at 400-F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
