RAVIOLI SOUP
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
3/4 lb. ground beef ..OR..Italian sausage
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic & Oregano
1 can (14-1/2 oz. beef broth
1-3/4 c. water
1 pkg. (9 oz.) fresh or frozen cheese ravioli or tortellini
1 can (14-1/2 oz) cut green beans, drained
2 green onions sliced, optional
Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Method:
In a 5-qt. pot of Dutch oven, cook meat until no longer pink;
Drain.
Add the next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, stir in ravioli and cook according to package directions.
Add beans and onions, if desired; heat through. .
Season with pepper and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
