Salamiälskarens färsrulle

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

Please see conversion chart below! :o)

500 g ground meat (50% beef, 50% pork)
1/2 dl finely chopped onion
2 tbs chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
50 g salami, diced
2 1/2 dl grated cheese
2 tbs chili sauce of the milder type

METHOD

Mix ground meat with onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Put
the meat on a rinsed carving board and shape to a flat "cake",
approx 30 x 25 cm / 12 x 10". Sprinkle with diced salami and
cheese and roll up from the long side.

Put the meat roll in an oven-proof dish, seamside down, and spread
with chili sauce on top. Fry in the middle of the oven
at 175C/350F for about 40 minutes. Cut in slices and serve.

You can sprinkle the roll with some grated cheese when there are
10 minutes left of the cooking time.

Enjoy!
