SALSA DIP
Ingredients:
1 small pkge. of cream cheese
1 small container of sour cream
2 cups of salsa
3 green onions (chopped fine)
1 cup of green pepper(choped fine)
1 cup diced tomatoes
1cup grated cheddar(I use marble cheese)
1 cup of shredded lettuce(optional) -
(I dont use it..it turns brown YUK)
METHOD
Mix together the sour cream/cream cheese until it is soft..
Spread it on the bottom of a platter
Then layer the onions, green pepper, tomatoes..topping it with
the grated cheese...
Refridgerate..and serve with nacho/taco chips..
