SESAME CHICKEN
Sesamkyckling


Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 chicken, approx 1 kg, or 1 kg chicken parts
200 g spring onions
1 zucchini, approx 200 g
1 tsp sage
1 1/2 dl red wine
1/4 - 1/2 cube chicken stock
2 tbs Chinese soy sauce
salt, pepper
1 tbs sesame seeds

METHOD

Cut the chicken in pieces. Cut spring onions and zucchini in
1 1/4 - 1 1/2" long sticks. Put the vegetables in a buttered oven-proof
dish, sprinkle with sage, pour on the wine, and crumble the stock
cube on top of it all.

Brush the chicken with soy sauce. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and
sesame seeds and put the chicken in the dish. Fry in the middle of
the oven at 200 - 225C/400 - 435F for 35 - 40 minutes or until
it's done. Turn the pieces after 20 minutes.

Serve with boiled rice, baked potatoes, or raw-fried potatoes and a salad.
