TEX-MEX CHEESE SOUP


Serves: 6

Ingredients:

2 cans (10-3.4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese..OR..cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. milk
1 c. half-n-half cream

1 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 c. FRENCH'S Taste Toppers French Fried Onions
Sour cream and chopped cilantro or parsley, optional

Method:
In a large saucepan, combine the first 3 ingredients; heat through.
Stir in cheese, chilies and cumin.
Cook until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
Place French fried onions on a microwave safe dish.
Microwave on high for 1 minute or until onions are golden.
Spoon soup into serving bowls.
Garnish with sour cream and cilantro, if desired.
Top with French fried onions.
