TUNA PATTIES


Ingredients:
2 cans tuna
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Seasinings, to taste
Margarine

Method:
Drain cans of tuna.
In a medium size bowl, scramble the egg.
Then add drained tuna and bread crumbs; (enough
bread crumbs so it can be formed into patties).
Add the seasoning. (I use Mrs. Dash, pepper and onion salt).
Mix all ingredients well.
Then form into patties.
In a frying pan, melt the margarine and cook the patties in
the margarine until browned on both sides.
This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc.
