Simple Circuits

The circuits shown below are relatively simple and the main idea behind them is to demonstrate how the components work in a circuit. For example the transistor circuit shows how a tranistor can be used to switch on an output device. By building the projects in this section you should be able to gain a much more practical knowledge of the components of which they are based on. If you are having any trouble understanding the component symbols then please revise the 'component symbols' section of this site. I hope to be able to provide photographs of the circuits layed out on breadboards in the future so if you do have a breadboard it should make the whole process much more quicker and simpler.
