Presentation and Reflection Guidelines for Service Learning
Service Learning:  Guidelines for PowerPoint Presentations

Students will be teamed (teams of three) for a class presentation.  The presentation will discuss special issues about your
service-learning experience.  You must meet and determine the specifics. Each team will be given 30 minutes to present.
Each person is expected to speak for approximately 10 minutes.

Presentation content must be approved by the instructor at least one week prior to the presentation date.
The presentations may be made in conjunction with a scheduled lecture or on the dates noted in our syllabus.

 Presentations are required to include

-           Power Point slide presentation format (unless otherwise approved )

-                     Information about your experience as a volunteer. (in general)

-                     Information about the organization where you worked.

-                     Specific examples of what work you did.

-                     You have much latitude but can show in your slides how people responded to you, how your past experience was useful,
what obstacles you may have encountered, the knowledge you gained, and how this experience enhanced your appreciation
of the impact of computers in our service-oriented economy.
If you are having any difficulty assembling a presentation,
