FullMoon Graphics is one of my favorite sites. It is run by a talented, sweet, and charming woman named Kitty, who lets you into her life each time she unveils her set o' the every-other-week. My favorite things about her site are those amazing splash pages she creates! I also love all those starry sets she makes. Anyway, this site is home to a webring called Halo around the FullMoon.
