"It is well-known that I have been going through cognitive therapy. It has involved me being mind-controlled while in public; A Regina Police officer said it was digital.
"It is also well-known, to quote a published article from the Leader Post by Murray Mandryk from August 27th, 2011, that I am, quote, according to a 2004 court appearance ... easily destabilized by stress, endquote.
"I have been a psychiatric patient who experienced symptoms of Bi-Polar disorder in the past.
"The content of what I have been listening to around me has included, since December, that Ashley Christina Reeme, who currently has a no-contact order against me from my last conviction, has been engaging in specific sex acts with Peter Labuik in front of me while watching me; that police have been masturbating around me when I am naked; that they wanted me to locate and attend a sex party and masturbate in front of them; and even at times that ** ******-****-*** ******** by name was having sex parties while watching me masturbate. I know it wasn't real, but this has been one of the most degrading experiences of my life and still continues at all hours of the day.
"For these reasons, I am considering representing myself until disclosure, pleading not guilty with or without counsel, and, in the event of a trial, requesting trial-by-jury to ensure that Your Honour has the duty to see that those selected for jury duty adequately understand my circumstances and what I was experiencing.
