Here's how to get the drill symbol legend in Protel

Thanks for your inquiry.  The trick to doing this is by setting down a
special String called .Legend somewhere on your board.  I always put it on
the Drill Drawing layer.  It's a little funny, because when you're looking
at the board, all you see is this little line saying .Legend, but that's
because the table isn't created until the CAM files are generated.  If you
look at the Gerber for the Drill Drawing layer, there will be the table
you're looking for in the same area where the .Legend was placed.
