In the Panel (on the left, if you have the panel enabled), while in the PCB 
editor, you can select "Nets" to display a list of nets. Edit one of these 
with the Edit button and you can change the color. If you want to change 
all the nets, use a global edit.

Fast, easy, flexible.

Being able to use individually defined, specific colors for specific kinds 
of nets is truly useful....

But it frequently results in the above question from users who are not 
accustomed to net color being an individual net's attribute. They are 
misled by the presence of a Connection color in the layer screen. Somebody 
explain to me what that option does....
