I saw the same thing just yesterday.
Scale factors of "1" and "0.5" work fine in print preview; "0.25" and "0.3" and
all I see is white paper.

Hi all

In the PCB Layout area,
I have a large board area and I learned something today. In Protel 99SE,
if you reduce the print to 0.5 to fit paper, everything is ok. If you
reduce it to 0.500, everything disappears.

Appears to be a bug?
