Hi Vinh,

Here are the steps:
o  Save the attachment to hard drive and extract all file to a folder.
o  run the BMPtoPCB.exe
o  click 'choose' bitmap button (top right corner)
o  select B/W bitmap file
o  click 'choose' output PCB button (top right corner)
o  type file name of PCB file & press enter
o  PCB file will be create for you

This feature is not in Protel software for sure.
