MUSIC REVIEWS

Hey hey, I'm just gonna list all my CD's and put a quick explanation for now, I just want to get them up here. I'll go more in-depth later.

Dead Kennedys- Bedtime for Democracy: Great album, the music lacks polish, but the Dead Kennedys are known for one thing: Jello Biafra. This man is fucking god. Some of the tracks are psudeo-spoken word, but I think I like them more than the traditional song-type songs.

Alkaline Trio- From Here to Infirmary: This album is SO FUCKING GOOD!!! The lyrics and vocals are amazing, and the music matches every song perfectly. Just buy it, it's worth the 12.50 or whatever

Pink Floyd- Wish You Were Here: Short, only 5 songs (two are like 15 minutes long though), but good. The title track is the best song.

Fluke- Risotto: First techno album I bought, and probably my favorite. Not really fast, not really slow, usually low-pitched with good bass. Words can't describe track 3, Kitten Moon.

NOFX- The Decline: If you even know someone who likes punk you should have this album. It's like 8 bucks and some of the proceeds go to human and animal rights orginizations. It's only one song, 18 minutes long, and is basically the bands opinions on many different subjects. Awesome.

AFI- All Hallows EP: Lyrically, not a great album. 2 of the 4 songs are good (lyrically), but if you like punk/hardcore, all 4 are musical gold.

Alkaline Trio- Goddamnit: I like 'From Here to Infirmary' much more, but this albums got a few kick-ass songs. A little less melodic and more punk than FHtI.

Dropkick Murphys- Sing Loud Sing Proud: Nothin' like Irish Folk/Punk to get you going. Depending on my mood, every song is good. On especially, called 'Forever'. I had they lyrics up on the site, but I must not have clicked 'save'.
