Unless indicated otherwise, all information on this site is original written by the staff of the Endurance World, the UltraDistance, and the Electronic Ultra Mentor, and are protected by both U.S. and international copyright laws. The below lists the terms of use users of Endurance World must agree to before using the resources of this site:

1) Users may use any of the information / resources found on Endurance World on both personal and commerical web sites, free of charge. However, users may NOT redistribute, sell, or repost for download any of the contents found on Endurance World on any medium (CD-ROM, website, etc.) without the expressed written permission of Endurance World. What this basically means is that while you may use our content (duly credited) on your site, you may not redistribute them. The only exception are links addresses.

2) Users agree to credit Endurance World and keep affiliated copyright notices.

3) Users agree not to use content found on Endurance World for illegal purposes, or on pages containing illegal material.

4) Users agree not to hold Endurance World liable for any damages resulted from proper or improper use of any of the information, advice, suggestions, activities, equipment, and etc. found on Endurance World.

5) Users agree not to use "deep linking" to connect to any part of Endurance World site. "Deep Linking" is a practice of hyperlinking to a page several jumps into another Web site rather than to the site's home page. Such bypassing of a home page, with affiliated bypass of the site's entry page greetings and messages, paid advertisements, and other contents, hover very dangerously near severe trespassing and copyright issues. Endurance World does not "deep link" and prohibits such activity on its site and with its contents.

A link back on the page that contains the information will be very much appreciated, although not required.
