Soaring and searching for love I only had in dreams.
Finding it in an unlikely place filled with chaos and hatred, disappointment and doubts.
Toiling and twisted I found a light in the eyes of a girl,
a girl with an “S” on her chest.
An angel fallen and broken I stood at the bottom of my emotional well.
The light from her eyes bringing me to want to fly yet again.
Not afraid to fall or to cry, I find myself fighting for a heart that is already mine,
but not seen in the blindness of my struggle.
Lost and confused without you in my life I find a hole,
longing and searching for peace finding it only in you.
Longing for you, needing you, holding you.
I’m lost and longing to hear your voice ringing in my ear
like the heavenly choir I once knew,
Finding you have changed the world around me from hatred and confusion, to love and harmony.

A bouquet of bitter emotion dying and wilting without you near,
to give life to this fallen angel,
