The "Center of Research and Development on Micro and Nano Technologies" (CRDMNT) called in Spanish "Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo en Micro y Nano Tecnologías" (CIDEMYNT) started activities from April 2003. This center started with economical support of the Economy Secretary of the Federal Goverment, the Sustainable Economical Development Secretary of the Guanajuato State, and the United States - Mexico Foundation for Science.
PURPOSE
- Technological Development: Development and Patented of New Technologies, and Optimization of Technologies that have been developed by others.
- Formation of Human Resources: Bachelor, Diploma, Master of Engineering, Master of Science, Doctor in Engineering, Philosophy Doctor, Formation of Multidisciplinary Groups, and Training of Professionals working in Industry.
- Scientific Research: Patentes, Commercialisation, Development of Own Technology, and Publication of Results.
