Yes I know Carpathian's don't eat but all those human psychic women used to. Raven, Shea, Alexandria, Sara, Tempest. Anyway I got this idea from the always imaginative ladies of Christine's Yahoo Club! !


VEGGIE PIZZA

2 cans cresent rolls
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
1 cup mayonaise
Favorite veggies cut up small.

Spread cresent rolls out on large cookie sheet. Press together. bake at 350 for ten minutes. Cool. Mix cream chees, ranch dressing and mayo. spread on cooled rolls. Decorate with small cut favorite veggies. enjoy.



Rotini Salad

1 8 oz. pkg. rotini
1 bunch green onions--chopped finely
1 cucumber--chopped finely
1 tomato- chopped
1 small can ripe olives- chopped
1 8 oz. bottle fat free Italian dressing seasoned salt to taste

Cook rotini according to pkg. directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Combine rotini with all other ingredients.

Note: This will keep in refrigerator for about 3 days.

Pork Chop Casserole

4- 8 center cut pork chops (#of chops depends on # served)
1 TB cooking oil or olive oil (cooking spray may also be used)
2-3 white potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1/2 soup can water
salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops in cooking oil. In medium bowl combine soups and water. Peel potatoes and cut into bite size cubes. In a 2 quart casserole dish place potatoes, place chops on top then pour soup mixture over all. Bake in 350 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chops are done and potatoes are tender. Serve over rice.

Note: This recipe may also be cooked in crock pot. Follow directions above except place in crock pot instead of oven proof casserole dish. Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
