Francesca & Gabriel

Francesca had given up all hope on her lifemate centuries ago she's seen him from far away he'd merely glanced and than been distracted not really seeing her. She's felt rejected and known that she had lost him. She decided to leave the Carpathian mountains knowing that her lifemate was gone she decided she wanted to love as a human. After centuries she learned to shield her thoughts and make them human. She found a way to walk in the noon sunlight. All in all she decided to fall in love with a human and live the rest of her life in peace than go to the dawn.

Fate stepped in after centuries underground Gabriel awoke to a hunger he had never felt before. He dressed in a cape and knew he appeared to look like an old man. Francesca caught sight of the old man and knew she had to help him she felt the urge. She brought him home and soon discovered who he was recognizing him she told him to take her blood. She was ready to die so he would live but Gabriel recognized who she was.

When Francesca awoke she was angry with Gabriel with interfering with her sacrifice. He tried to explain that he loved her but she just wanted her life to be over. Gabriel made every attempt to understand her but couldn’t help binding them. He was sorry but Francesca wasn't sure if it was her or just the Carpathian way that made their passion so intense.

Gabriel gave her space but soon he realized that he had to have her. He felt guilty about binding her to him knowing how she felt and even more guilty because he'd gotten her pregnant. Instead of being upset Francesca was delighted at the idea of a dream she'd never thought possible. When Gabriel was facing a deadly enemy(or so they thought) Francesca finally realized that she couldn't live without him! She made him promise to come back to her and their unborn little girl! A story that touched my heart. I understood the reason Francesca lost hope but was so happy when she realized better late than never!
