This is a really awesome 7". Bane and Adamantium both put out two songs a piece. Bane is a really rad band, they always have a postive message, and really emoition songs that will hit you were it hurts most. Bane has always been true to what they play/sing about. Bane has really heavy breakdowns, that complete fast riffs that piece a really awesome band. Adamantium has a really fast riff, screaming style, I couldnt really get into them on this 7". I feel like a jerk saying that but I like there other stuff better then this 7". All an all it is a really good 7".
