Youth Murder Anthems
I never heard this band until I got there cd, I was going to go see them at the Back to School Jam in Mass, but I missed out. Anyways I read a review on them being really trendey, and pretty typical. So I didnt know what to expect. Then I read another saying that they are the hardest working band in Hardcore, today. I was pretty impressed with that so I picked it up. The singer kinda looks like a Wes (american nightmare) rip off, but that didnt bother me cause who isnt trying to look like him today. This cd was well worth it. I could tell all the songs took alot of thought and meaning in the writing, they are really intense, and I love that in bands. They have very dancable riffs, and breakdowns, with really emotional lyrics (not emo though)this cd is probably the best on Deathwish Inc. next to Damage. If you dont like it pawn it, or sell, it but trust me you will love it. It is one of those cds that grows on you until, it is in the cd player all day long.
