BREADTH IS BOUNDLESS
Rev 5:9
The love of God has already been set on millions of people. Limited atonement - Christ will redeem all the elect. Did Christ die with the intention of saving those of whom were lost before He died? It reaches every kind of man and woman.
LENGTH IS ENDLESS
Gods love is eternal - what a future His people have. Loved with everlasting love. No matter what your circumstances, if you are Christs, Gods love for you is endless.
The prospect of dying, to live.
There will be no sickness or sorrow - no sin.
Gods love in Christ will be there.
DEPTH IS UNFATHOMABLE
God has such a love for us, that He has revealed His grace to us, that we are saved.
A Christian trusts God for Salvation. God will save the worst sinner - this shows the depth of His love. No one can sin beyond the love of God.
HEIGHT IS BEYOND US
The love is so high it reaches the heavens.
When He shall appear, we shall be made like Him and His love will carry us to heaven.
:19 - We know the love of Christ that we might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Our lack of faith is dealt with here.
To be filled with the Holy Spirit - is when we do God-like things.
Paul anticipates our little faith.
Exceedingly abundantly - God answers prayer.
How do we know that God is able to do abundantly above all we ask or think?
-Because He has already done it through salvation. How kind God has been with us - preserving us until we are saved.
-Through regeneration - a new nature.
God deals with us abundantly.
God reveals, by His Spirit, His abundant dealings.
This God can do amazing things.
