i wish upon the brightest star,
i wish to be there, where you are.

you're my simple remedy,
a cure for the pain untold,
so close to me, yet far away,

in repubate of lonliness,
your words are spoken still,
your retribution of fallen wings,
has molded my broken will.

an empty heart and stone cold mind,
has thrown this all away,

but fallen short is word's caress,
