My name is Andre , I am a student of Master Chow .   I am learning a Northern Shaolin Martial Art referred to as Praying Mantis.  The style of Praying Mantis that  I am studying is 7 Star Praying Mantis.

I have learned a combination of hand and weapon forms.  My favorite form so far is lighting attack.  The reason why this is my favorite forms is because it combines hard swift attacks with take downs. 

I am currently a member of the International Federation of Praying Mantis Martial arts Organizations and serve as one of the Liaison Officers for the Confederation of Canadian kung Fu and Martial Arts Organizations.
