WILBUR STREET ARRESTS

Please note:  That the government and their surrogate court systems are overthrowing the rule of law by continually arresting and re-arresting citizens for the same debt.  This is patently illegal (as stated as settled law in Winton v. Winton Winton v. Winton, 53 Hun 4; 5 NYS 537, (aff. 117 NY 623, mem. 22 N.E. 379) [First Department, May Term, 1889] pgs 4 through 7. (cited from HUN)) that you cannot imprison a man for a debt, then arrest him again on that same debt.  It is a no-no.  Also, it is also settled law, that ANY imprisonment of a debt, IS A FULL DISCHARGE OF THE DEBT.  Again, the government along with their surrogate corrupt courts are doing this to coerce people into having their own families cough up the money.  Then, if they cannot get anyone to pay the extortion, they then force the extortion on the Citizenry, who are then compelled to pay the governments extortion via per diem prison rates.  Again, there is a state and federal funding scam which is generating billions of dollars in which to keep these debtors prisons open.  Again, this is all a needless scam and a system in direct opposition to our form of government and is being implemented by a domestic enemy embedded within our own government.  Here is a Habeas Corpus any Father can use in which he can have a friend get him out of jail when government "jack booted thugs" come for you.

HOW TO IMPLEMENT THIS

1.)  They arrest you.

2.)  You have your next best friend serve the Habeas Corpus with a SUMMONS calling all parties into court within 24 hours.

3.)  Your next best friend serves the court, the jailor, (sheriff most likely), and all parties.

4.)  Have your next-best-friend show up to court on the date, with the Habeas demanding your production for the hearing.

5.)  Advertise the Court and Sheriff's telephone numbers and have as many people as possible call both the court and the jail and demand your release.

6.)  When you are brought into court, cite Winton v. Winton, that there can be no multiple imprisonments for a debt.  Also demand to see the certificate of probable cause; the lawful warrant; and the verified criminal complaint against you.  If they do not have those, you are imprisoned illegally.  Again, use most 4th Amendment arguments.  Remember; they are acting in fraud, only by the police power of the state--and are only attempting to coerce you to let them steal for you so you can subsidize your own destruction and keep their perverse system afloat.  Don't buy into it--and fight them at every level.  (NOTE: This habeas can be easily modified for anyone's use).

7.)  If they ignore it or deny it, give them 48 hours: change the court title and dates to the next court above the court you are entering here--then do the same thing and file it there with summons upon all parties.

8.)  If they ignore it in the upper court, then file it in the Supreme Court of your state--doing the same procedure.

9.)  If they ignore it there, then; go right up to the US Supreme Court as a matter of right.  At all times DEMAND they do the law.
