SUPERIOR COURT DOCUMENTS

[Incredibly, these were all IGNORED.  At the end of trial, on November 2, 2000 Dan H. Bailey and myself went into the Court Clerk and looked in the file, and there, was a "motion" put in there by Judge Gerald Hermansen (who sat on the case as a disqualified judge) which said: "Upon defendant's own motion--defendant withdraws all motions and pleadings from the record.)  THIS NEVER HAPPENED.  The following is a a list (see the Excel Spreadsheet on the Main Page) which shows the Motions I placed in the lower court Butte County "Superior Court."]
