Well what do I know about Harry Kewell’s home town? Hmm…even though I’m only 10 mins away from his town, I don’t know much. All I can say is that they have long shops (shops along the street), an RSL club, a cemetery which dates back in the 1800’s (friend of mine did a research on the cemetery for one of her projects) and a huge enormous sports park. Christian Vieri grew up in Whetheril Park. Played with Marconi and during his teens he left and headed back to Italy to continue his soccer career. Apparently his mother use to own a Café in Fairfield, where all the lebs hang out. Fairfield is another hometown to Dockic, that tennis chick with the angry, angry father. Bosnich is another person and I think Jacob Burns also grew up in our local area.
