Insider’s Report for 2004 #18 www.thehollowearthinsider.com
May/8/2004 Editor: Dennis Crenshaw
UNRAVELING THE SECRETS
*******************************************************************
MOVING WOES:
www.thehollowearthinsider.com is Under Construction So to Speak
For those who haven’t noticed it yet our home page, www.thehollowearthinsider.com , has been “off and on” most of this week … mostly off. The problem is that my son Tom Crenshaw, who takes care of all the technical stuff on the site has been in the process of switching the site from our old server to one he owns for a couple of months.
In the mean time our old server shut down before we were ready. Tom was switching servers slowly so that there would be no interruption of display. However, the shutdown of our old server at this time and without notice caused several problems. The most visible is the “off and on” situation we’ve faced this week. The other is that we lost the last twp months of our “Phorum” and “Guest Book” postings. For anyone who’s postings have been lost, please feel free to re-post. I’m sorry we lost this information and ask that you please bear with us as we get the kinks smoothed out
However, with this move to Tom’s server and once we have ironed out all the bugs no one can have any kind of control over the content of the site or anything else except us. Not that we’ve had problems with that in the past but who knows, I might get radical one day! ;>)
In the end my son Tom, Andy Chung (our designer) and I plan on improving and adding to the site until we have the number one Hollow Earth RESEARCH and updated news site on the net … note the emphasis on RESEARCH. We have plans on increasing the contents of our searchable Archives immensely.
In the mean time, thank you for your patience, we promise any inconvenience will be worth it in the long run.

KILLER ASTEROID: Establishment “Update”
From space.com:
City-Sized Asteroid to Pass Earth This Fall
By Robert Roy Britt
Senior Science Writer
posted: 06:30 am ET
03 May 2004
A minor rumor has hatched on the Internet that a large and deadly asteroid will strike Earth this fall. Bulletin board discussions cite a 63 percent chance of impact, while concerned readers have e-mailed SPACE.com wondering if it is true.
Astronomers know of no such impending doom.
The rumors are likely rooted in a real event, however. On Sept. 29, 2004 an asteroid the size of a small city will make the closest known pass of such a very large space rock anytime this century.
While not dangerous for now, asteroid Toutatis is incredibly strange. And scientists are quite familiar with it, having bounced radar off the tumbling stone on previous flybys to generate computer renderings of its weird shape and movement. …

OUR FATHER WHO WAS IN AFRICA:
A National Geographic Report
Documentary Redraws Humans' Family Tree
Hillary Mayell
for National Geographic News
January 21, 2003
By analyzing DNA from people in all regions of the world, geneticist Spencer Wells has concluded that all humans alive today are descended from a single man who lived in Africa around 60,000 years ago.
Modern humans, he contends, didn't start their spread across the globe until after that time. Most archaeologists would say the exodus began 100,000 years ago—a 40,000-year discrepancy.
Wells' take on the origins of modern humans and how they came to populate the rest of the planet is bound to be controversial….”

INTERVIEW WITH TESLA
Sent by “Matt”
The New Wizard of the West
An interview with Tesla, the Modern Miracle-Worker, who is Harnessing the Rays of the Sun; has Discovered Ways of Transmitting Power without Wires and of Seeing by Telephone; has Invented a Means of Employing Electricity as a Fertilizer; and, Finally, is Able to Manufacture Artificial Daylight.
By Chauncy Montgomery M'Govern
From Pearson's Magazine, May 1899
NOT to stagger on being shown through the laboratory of Nikola Tesla requires the possession of an uncommonly sturdy mind. No person can escape a feeling of giddiness when permitted to pass into this miracle-factory and contemplate for a moment the amazing feats which this young man can accomplish by the mere turning of a hand.
Fancy yourself seated in a large, well- lighted room, with mountains of curious-looking machinery on all sides. A tall, thin young man walks up to you, and by merely snapping his fingers creates instantaneously a ball of leaping red flame, and holds it calmly in his hands. As you gaze you are surprised to see it does not burn his fingers. He lets it fall upon his clothing, on his hair, into your lap, and, finally, puts the ball of flame into a wooden box. You are amazed to see that nowhere does the flame leave the slightest trace, and you rub your eyes to make sure you are not asleep.
The odd flame having been extinguished as miraculously as it appeared, the tall, thin young man next signals to his assistants to close up all the windows. When this has been done the room is as dark as a cave. A moment later you hear the young man say in the laboured accentuation of the foreigner: " Now, my friends, I will make for you some daylight." Quick as a flash the whole laboratory is filled with a strange light as beautiful as that of the moon, but as strong as that of old Sol. As you glance up at the closed shutters on each window, you see that each of them is as tight as a vice, and that no rays are coming through them. Cast your eyes wherever you will you can see no trace of the source of the odd light.
Scarcely have you begun to marvel when the light goes out by a touch on a button by the young man's hand. The room is in darkness again until the same laboured accentuation causes the reopening of all the shutters. Some animal is now brought out from a cage, it is tied to a platform, an electric current is applied to its body and in a second the animal is dead. The tall young man calls your attention to the fact that the indicator registers only one thousand volts, and the dead animal being removed, he jumps upon the platform himself, and his assistants apply the same current to the dismay of the spectators.
You feel a creeping sensation course up your back, and you see the indicator slowly mounting up to nine hundred, and then one thousand volts, and you involuntarily close your eyes, expecting the young man to fall dead before you the very next minute. But he does not budge. Quickly the indicator goes up, up, up, until presently it shows that ten thousand volts, then two million volts of electricity are pouring through the frame of the tall young man, who does not move a muscle. …

ALBERT K. BENDER, UFOS, SHAVER, ANTARCTICA & THE MEN IN BLACK
Looking Back
By
Dennis Crenshaw
REVIEW
While we are keeping a close eye on the current happenings in Antarctica it’s a good time to look back at my previous research concerning the mysterious “white” continent. I first learned of the possible Antarctica connection to UFOs 1967 during my first months of studying the history of UFOs. At that time the information didn’t seem to me to be as important as it does now with 20/20 hind side. It had to do with the first civilian UFO investigator, Albert K. Bender and the first documented case of the now infamous Men in Black.
Part 2
What caused Al Bender, the first UFO civilian Flying Saucer investigator who was setting up a worldwide network of UFO groups to suddenly stop his activities? Bender refused to say. The other members of the inner circle of the saucer group started to put their heads to gather to try and figure out what had happened.
Pioneer Ufologist and the Chief Investigator for Barkers Saucer Group, International Flying Saucer Bureau (IFSB). included a transcript of a tape-recorded message sent to him from the groups Aeronautical Consultant Dominick C. Luccesi in his book on the case, “They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers” (1956). Mr. Luccesi was telling Mr. Barker of a phone conversation between Augie Roberts (identified as the groups “Consultant on any case involving photographs”) and Al Bender.
EXCERPTS
“Al told Augie that “Space Review” WOULD come out on October 15, but whether it would come out after that was something else.
“… Well Augie was quite persistent, and kept pushing Al for more information. Finally Al stated bluntly, “I know the secret of the disks!”
“He added that three men had visited him, and in effect shut him up completely as far as saucer investigation is concerned!
“Now the way I gather it, Al had run across something important during his study of the saucer mystery. This information was evidently the solution to the mystery. In his position as head of IFSB he is what one might picture as a vortex, at its very bottom, the focal point for all the saucer information being run down by the hundreds of IFSB members. He had run across the secret unexpectedly while going through all this material.
“Al also said that the remaining copies of “Space Review” … had been confiscated. Augie asked Al if he or I, that is Augie or myself, would be able to find out the same thing that Al had found out by studying what saucer data we had on hand. Al said “yes” but that he was pledged to secrecy, on his honor as an American citizen not to speak about the actual thing he knew.
“In other words, Al told Augie that he knows what the saucers are!
“And that the three men pledged him to silence.” (Pages 81-82).
Further into the tape, and in summing up Mr. Lucchesi expressed his concerns about certain aspects of Benders story:
“The issues of “Space Review” the men confiscated are, as you know, in wide circulation, so why they were taken is beyond my comprehension. Logically it does not seem proper.
“There is something that smells to me in this whole business, Gray. Al doesn’t say they were government men who visited him, but his mentioning his pledge as an American citizen seems to indicate such.
Somehow these men do not seem to me to be from the government. If they were, the way Al talks I would believe that some rights of American citizens are being infringed upon. I do not think I’m speaking out of turn when I say this.
“He did not reveal what branch of the government they were from --- if they were from the government at all.”
The next step for the group trying to trace what information Mr. Bender had found was to go back and study the back issues of “Saucer Review” that the three mysterious men had confiscated. Several interesting clues were found with the most telling being in an article by George D. Fawcett, a member of the IFSB International Council published in Volume 2 #1:
“I have just decided to stop the investigation that I began a little over five years ago on one of the most fascinating mysteries of modern times, that being the well known ‘Flying Saucer’ phenomena.
“But the end of the article is even more interesting. “Regardless, the future will tell! In closing I’d like to use a favorite phrase of Charlie Lineberry, Lynchburg College student who said, ‘things are really look up.’ I wonder if some things aren’t looking DOWN, too.” (Page 86).
I’ll like to note that the DOWN in the above quote was in capitol letters in the original.
The early saucer investigators were definitely getting too close to the big secret for someone‘s comfort …
To be continued …

INSIDER REPORT FROM A POLITICAL PRISONER:
The Hacienda Dignidad Part 2
Editor’s NOTE: Ernst Zundel is best know for his explosive book, “UFO’s Nazi Secret Weapon?” As the owner/publisher of Samisdat Publications LTD he published many other explosive and controversial books including Christol Friedrich’s well researched expose’, “Germany’s Antarctic Claim: Secret Nazi Polar Expeditions.” When I talked to him about ten years ago, contrary to reports otherwise, he denied believing in a Hollow Earth.
Mr. Zundel is paying dearly for his “politically incorrect” views. He is presently in prison in Canada for his Holocaust revisionist beliefs. Were he an American citizen in the US he would not be in prison.
While I do not agree with everything Mr. Zundel believes it’s his right to think anyway he wants. That in no way takes from his inside knowledge of what’s going on in the Antarctica and inside the back rooms and secret club hangouts of the controlling elitist all over the world. It’s that knowledge we need to tap into, not his politics…. Dennis Crenshaw

The Hacienda Dignidad
Saga As Told By Ernst Zundel
From Ingrid Rimland

Good Morning from the Zundelsite:
...I spent all afternoon typing to bring you this tale in three parts, partly to catch up with myself. It is a story out of Ernst's youth that will bring a smile to your face. To us it is a whimsical tale - maybe not all that funny to our foes, who spook easily?
Have you ever heard of Hacienda Dignidad? My Spanish is a bit rusty, but I believe the name translates into "Ranch of Honor" or "Plantation of Pride." Hacienda Dignidad is a mysterious place, deep in the Chilean mountains. Allegedly, it is a trading post for Nazi UFOs.
The only time I heard of Hacienda Dignidad before I met Ernst Zundel was about ten, fifteen years ago when I read about a raid some Jews had engaged in to wipe out the place, but someone or something repulsed them. I don't recall the details - I didn't pay that much attention at the time.
Here is the story, as I asked Ernst to put it on paper for me so I could submit it to the Rense web page for reflection. I asked Jeff once if he knew anything about Hacienda Dignidad, and he said he did not, but would be interested.
Well, here it is. Enjoy!
(Small apology: I am not sure I have all the names, terms, and spellings right - Ernst's prison pencil stub wore out!)
Note - The following was very recently hand-written by political prisoner Ernst Zundel while being held in solitary confinement in Canada. I very much appreciate his efforts in making this little-known story available to all who may be interested. My thanks also to Ingrid for typing it for this online presentation. - JR
The Hacienda Dignidad Saga - Part 2
By Ernst Zundel
Of course, Sepp liked the idea of researching Hacienda Dignidad, somehow connected to Nazi UFOs, because he could get a free first class trip out of this deal and see his friends in Chile and Argentina, where he also had family. He was happy to go along. I was excited for him, even paid him his salary, bonuses, insurance, the works - for which the Japanese researchers reimbursed me generously. For me, it was a good deal, because my trusted Adjutant would be in fact my eyes and ears and report back to me. The Japanese had no problems with that. Everybody was satisfied.
Sepp took off for Los Angeles where he would meet the rest of the team. The first stop was a special effects studio in Hollywood, which mightily impressed my World War II staff officer turned volunteer. That educational experience behind them, the team flew off into the wild blue yonder and landed in Santiago, Chile to meet up with my co-author of my first German UFO book, titled "Unbekanntes Flugobject? Letzte Geheimwaffe des Dritten Reiches." The man's last name was Mattern.
Mr. Mattern was a German who had immigrated to Chile in the 1920s as a professional photographer. In time, he became the official photographer for all the presidents and most of the military big wigs in Chile in the early 1930s and thereafter. He was in and out of the Presidential Palace, the military academies, the Parliament - he simply knew everybody! Chile's military was thoroughly Prussian, having adopted Prussian drills, ethos, code of honor, WWII German uniforms, helmets - even the goose steps! - which, by the way, they have kept to this day. Just recently, a young Revisionist sent Ingrid a video of such a parade. The Chilean army under Pinochet was like an extension of the World War II German Army in looks, behavior and feel as well as in outward appearance. Exclusively German marching bands and German marches were, and are, still played to this day by that time warp Chilean army!
Mr. Mattern was to be in charge of the Chilean part of the trip,
especially since he had once personally visited the area upon which the
Japanese seemed to be totally fixated - the fabled Shangri-la called
Hacienda Dignidad in a remote interior mountain range. As the story went,
during his one and only visit to Hacienda Dignidad, Mr. Mattern was picked
up at the train station or air field - I can't recall which - by
someone and driven to the Hacienda, and when his visit was over, he was
driven back to his point of arrival in the South Central part of Chile. I
believe the town was called Parral.
[Ingrid's comment here: I am not sure what role "Mr. Richter", below,
plays in this story. Something seems to be missing, but I am retyping it
as the story came to me.]
Mattern was, by then, already a man well into his 80s, but his
correspondence was absolutely lucid. He assured the Japanese team plus Sepp
that they would be met at the airport by a representative of Mr. Richter
who would then take them to the Hacienda for a reception and interview
with Mr. Richter personally. Security and secrecy were given as the
reasons for this somewhat out of the ordinary arrangement.
The meeting with Mr. Mattern was cordial at his upper middle class
home. The meals were served in the finest china, rare wines, candle light,
very civilized. The team was on its way, being briefed by Mr. Mattern
what he had observed during his visit many years ago, such as the brand
new Mercedes Benz ambulances which were used by German emergency
services, Mercedes Diesel mini-buses, sheet metal workshops with the latest
German metal bending machines, punch presses, all of them equipped with
the most modern tools and machines. Mattern spoke of extensive vehicle
repair facilities, motor reconditioning shops, modern communal kitchens
and learning/meeting facilities, a state of the art hospital with a
surgery and an outpatient clinic for Indians in the area and a maternity
ward where local people, mostly Indios or Mestizos, were treated by the
medical staff of the Hacienda Dignidad, completely free of charge.
The nurses, said Mattern, wore typical German nurses' uniforms with Red
Cross and Christian insignia on their gowns and habits. There was also
a dairy farm, he recalled, as well sheep, flocks of chickens, geese
etc. In fact, it seemed that the Hacienda was based on what in National
Socialist Germany's time would have been called a "Musterbetrieb" - an
ideal, self-contained community, run like a perfectly integrated
prototype enterprise. Mattern also saw a neat little Christian chapel. He said
he was taken for long rides on magnificent horses along well-kept
trails, accompanied by Richter, who would stop and talk to Indio laborers,
male and female, in Spanish.
Although their outings would often last several hours, said Mattern,
they never seemed to come to a fence or the edge of the property. It was
rolling hills and dales, fields of potatoes, wheat, rye, and corn.
Every once in a while he would hear the sounds in the distance - the whine
of jet engines or turbines being accelerated, and then the sounds would
die down again, and silence would prevail. Only a few times, he told
his guests, did he think that he saw strange aerial activity going on by
even stranger craft. He was never told what was it was, and it was
clear to him that the host was unwilling or perhaps under orders not to
expand on those strange noises and those odd goings-on.
During his stay, there were communal suppers and lectures on different
topics by different people, said Mattern. There were German and
Austrian folk dance performances and even some by Indian dancers accompanied
by rather primitive local instruments. He was not allowed to take any
pictures or make any drawings and notes. Camera, note pad, pens were
politely taken from him and returned at the end of the visit. Some of these
Mattern recollections, by no means all, found their way into the
initial German books and my subsequent far more mickey-mouse English language
books on UFOs, titled UFOs: Nazi Secret Weapons.
This, then, was a little preview of what the Japanese investigative
reporter, the sound man photographer, and my own secretary/translator
hoped to find at the mysterious Hacienda. Remember, this was long before
faxes, satellite phones, much less cell phones, the Internet and e-mail
came onto the scene. Letters from and to Chile would normally take 9-12
days one-way, which is still good and fast by today's standards.
The team left Santiago, the capital, full of anticipation and arrived
in Parral, hoping to be met by Mr. Richter or by one of his staff
members, as Mr. Mattern said he was assured via his usually well-connected
channels.
The team arrived. Parral is a regional, administrative center with
military and federal police bases as well as airports and rail center.
No Mr. Richter. No one else either! Now what?
Mr. Mattern, back in Santiago, could not get any explanations from his
highly placed sources either, which shocked him visibly. All his
inquiries hit dead ends.
My man on the scene spoke five languages. As a German military officer
on Field Marshall Kesselring's staff, Sepp had served as a liaison to
Benito Mussolini's government, and as such he had participated in all
the high level meetings, including the ones concerning Mussolini's
liberation by German commando leader Otto Skorzeny at the Gran Sasso. But
that's a different story for a different time.
Anyway, Sepp was a resourceful man because of his background and
training. He decided to do the logical thing - he went to see the postmaster
of the town and asked for the address of the Hacienda Dignidad.
There he was met with evasive answers. Security considerations. Obscure
laws. Shrugs. Blank stares. I should also mention that Chile was then
under martial law since Allende had been overthrown. Martial law can
bring out very strange behavior.
When he could not shake loose the address, Sepp went to see the mayor,
Japanese crew in tow. At city hall, he was at first cordially received
by the staff and was shown into the mayor's spacious office. There,
behind the mayor's desk were several large maps of the area - one of the
town, another of the whole region with oddly colored patches towards
areas heading to the foothills of the mountains. While they chatted with
the mayor, asking for Mr. Richter and the way to the Hacienda Dignidad,
it became quickly clear that security did not permit the city official
from giving them the information they sought either.
By now it was past lunch. After a meal, the team decided to rent a car
- a Volkswagen Beetle, what else? - and do their exploration without
Mr. Richter.
Sepp had memorized the map at the mayor's office. At the car rental
place they obtained a similar scale map of the region, matched with what
he had seen shaded in. A decision was made to head out into the general
direction of those colored/shaded areas. Sepp was certain it had to be
the Hacienda's location, going by the description of the landscape
Mattern had given them in his briefings. Sepp was confident that he could
find the Hacienda by asking local people in the foothills.
By now it had begun to rain, and as they were climbing steadily, it was
getting colder and darker. Quickly, they left civilization behind.
Telegraph poles and electric wires ended. Farmers' fields gave way to
bushland, poor soil, and the odd Indio shack made of corrugated metal roofs,
old leftover wooden pallets, crates etc. with run-down or broken down
cars strewn in the fields. The road got progressively worse, and the
asphalted surface had long given way to potholes and gravel, which made
for a bouncy ride as they wound their way ever higher into the foothills.
It was a miserable afternoon drive. The Japanese wanted to turn back.
Sepp wanted to press on, and since he was the driver and navigator,
German stubbornness won out. With his cold and grumbling passengers getting
more weary by the minute, things were heading for a crisis, when
suddenly the rain stopped just as they came to an area of clearly
man-planted, 25-year-old conifer trees on either side of the road. They could see
a light flicker in some hut on a hillside in the distance.

MAYAN TREASURE FOUND
From National Geographic:
Archaeologists Uncover Maya "Masterpiece" in Guatemala
Sean Markey
National Geographic News
April 23, 2004
Archaeologists working deep in Guatemala's rain forest under the
protection of armed guards say they have unearthed one of the greatest Maya
art masterpieces ever found.
The artifact—a 100-pound (45-kilogram) stone panel carved with images
and hieroglyphics—depicts Taj Chan Ahk, the mighty 8th-century king of
the ancient Maya city-state of Cancuén.
The panel was excavated in perfect condition from a royal ball court.
Exquisitely carved in precise high relief, the 80-centimeter-wide
(31.5-inch) stone depicts the Maya king seated on an earth symbol and throne
with a jaguar skin, installing subordinate rulers in the nearby
city-state of Machaquila.
