Florida is really taking a hit from these hurricanes; some estimates of losses -- both insured and uninsured -- from Bonnie, Charley, and Frances -- are in the realm of $20 billion. If Hurricane Ivan hits Florida as a Category 5, with sustained winds of 160 mph, these total losses could more than double. Further, the state's precious citrus industry is in real danger of being devastated; note the revelation that these storms have " moved across the state's best growing regions". We heard radio reports that Ivan was tearing down structures specifically built to withstand Category 5 hurricanes, so this storm packs the potential for a tremendous amount of damage. Further, since the storm has shifted course ever so slightly in the past 24 hours - NOAA Storm Track -- it now appears that the eye of the storm will not pass over any significant portion of Cuba, thus lessening the chance that it will weaken as it passes over land. We posted the Hurricane card of the Illuminati Card Game at the top of this story, because we are convinced that these hurricanes are being used and steered in such a manner as to cause many citizens to flee the state and to increase Federal and State control over many aspects of Florida's economy and cultural fabric. If the devastation from Ivan is truly catastrophic, you might even see Martial Law declared and FEMA exercising control over at least a portion of the state. Such an increase in control is certainly necessary if the Illuminati is to ever implement their draconian "Re-Wilding" plan as spelled out in the U.N. Biodiversity program If you have not yet read of this program, or of the reality that scientists today can and do control storms like hurricanes, please take a moment to read the articles in our Weather Control and Weather Warfare Section. We also would recommend you read the U.S. Air Force document in which they "forecast" that they will own the weather and be able to use it as a weapon against an enemy by 2025. This report is entitled, "Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025". This program research paper was written in 1996, and it proves the intention of the U.S. military to so completely control the weather by 2025 that they will have a military edge over every potential enemy. However, remember what I learned while serving in the U.S. Army Intelligence: whenever our government admitted they were working on a super-secret project, or were about to achieve a new capability, the reality was that they had already possessed that technology for at least 10 years and quite possibly 20 years. Once you understand this fact, you shall be able to understand why the United Nations passed a treaty in October 1978, which prohibited nations from using Weather Modification techniques as weapons against other nations! The technology to create massive storms, rain in selected locations, droughts, and earthquakes was so far advanced in 1978 that the United Nations passed a treaty forbidding such weather modifications. This has increased the mystery surrounding the celestial event that caused wonder among the Fuegian population. The "fireball", described thus by the press to counter act the lack of scientific details on the nature of the phenomenon, destroyed a considerable number of trees as it feel toward the Earth's surface, converting the impact site into a tree-clearing location. Some trees were sheared off at a height of some eight meters. But researchers would like to double-check this information and shall set out tomorrow toward the site that was first surveyed by a police patrol that took photos and some soil samples. One of the investigators to visit the site will be Daniel Acevedo, a witness to the episode that captured the public's imagination. He plans to collect samples of the local sandstone to ascertain if there are pieces of metal or any material foreign to the Feign geography. Acevedo will visit the epicenter of the crash accompanied by a forestry engineer who will determine if the condition in which the trees were found, in an area measuring "more or less forty meters across", as described by witnesses, correspond to human intervention, wind action or the consequences of the phenomenon being investigated. For the time being, scientists have dismissed the possibility that it could have been a meteorite, since the impact would have involved a rock that usually leaves traces of its impact against our planet. Nor have they discarded the possibility that Earth may have traversed the path of some comet and that these "fireballs" could be part of the evidence. The survey headed by experts from the Centro Austral de Investigations Científicas (Cadic) shall be essential to define the characteristics of the event and put an end to this week-long mystery. A five-hour long expedition on foot conducted by Fernando Garcia and Roberto Ceballos verified the existence of "thirty to forty uprooted trees, some shattered in half and others exploded, all of them lying on the ground in a south-north direction." It would seem that Garcia and Ceballos reached the same spot discovered by a local police patrol, but with a difference of a few meters. This means that there are at least two impact sites and this increases the number of traces of the event to be confirmed. One of the expedtionaries who walked to the site where the strange objects fell from the sky on September 14 held an extensive chat with a journalist from Botella al Mar. Fernando Garcia described his journey to the mouth of Cañadón Negro in Valle de Andorra and the discovery of a 150 square meter area with trees found in positions that are hard to interpret. While the conclusions reached by CADIC scientists who also visited the impact site are expected, the following is the transcript of the interview with the Ushuaia resident. Q: What made you go to the alleged crash site? Like everyone else in the city, I heard the story of lights falling from the sky last Tuesday and Wednesday. The fact is that I didn't give it much importance. On Saturday I heard a journalist explain that the police officers who'd visited the site hadn't found anything strange, but had indeed found flattened trees. And that was strange to me. Then I phoned my friend Roberto (Ceballos) a backwoodsman who knows the area well, and asked him to come with me. Q: Just out of mere curiosity? Exactly, nothing more. Above all because the toppled trees intrigued me. Q: Why did that suprise you? It gave the story a certain veracity. If people saw fireballs come down and there are toppled trees, then there is a certain coherence [to the story] and it was necessary to take a look. That's why on Saturday night we got everything ready and we went out on Sunday at 7:30 a.m.. Q: Which is the exact site? It's the mouth of Cañadon Negro en Valle de Andorra. I wouldn't like to give much more detail until the scientists have been there. Q: How long did you walk to get there? Once you know the place you can get there faster. We had no clues to go by and were just looking for something strange. But I figure that we walked some two and a half to three hours. Q: Can the site be clearly made out? Clearly. The sensation upon reaching the site is that a plane crashed there, and you're expecting to see bits of metal plating dangling from the trees. That's the image. What's incredible is that when you penetrate the place, there's nothing at all to be found. There's nothing strange within the strangeness. Only 150 square meters of toppled woods. Imagine four walls and in the middle, all of the trees are overturned, fallen, all of them piled exactly from north to south. All of them toward the same place. In the north, where the object presumably fell, the tree trunks are sheared off at a height of six to eight meters, from greater to lesser, as though the object came in at a slant. Q: Your opinion is that an object fell? Yes, yes, but it's odd, because the fallen trunks are in perfect state, as though the object hadn't quite finished falling yet. Their bark is intact. There is no trace of anything being burned, no dust, nothing. Q: Could the wind have toppled the trees? I don't think so, because in one of the photos I took, and in which I asked my companion to stand beside a trunk as a reference, it can be seen that the trees had diameter of 70 centimeter. If there had been wind, it is hard to understand the direction of the gusts. The site isn't like a letter "U", with an entrance leading to the valley. It's an enclosure. It's as if a giant dinosaur had placed its giant foot in the middle of a forest, but never quite finished setting it down. The only possibility I can think of is that a tornado or whirlwind entered the area, caused the damage, and retreated in the contrary direction. Q: A tornado? Yes, but that wasn't it, because it would have scattered branches everywhere, not piled from north to south. If the wind was responsible, the ground vegetation would have been damaged, and it was in perfect conditions. Q: Would it be easy to see the area from the air? Of course, because it is easy to see that the cuts to the trees are no more than four days old. In some parts you could see tree sap, because the trunks had exploded. For this reason the collapse of tree- trunks in a domino like arrangement would have to be discarded, because the trees are very close to each other. The first one can fall to the side and strike a second and then a third, but that's where the chain reaction stops. This is different: there are tree- trunks that appear to have been blown away from within by a stick of dynamite. All of the trunks are frayed on the same side. If there was such great external pressure, at least the roots would have moved. None of that happened. It should be recalled that residents of Ushuaia witnessed--on two consecutive nights--how two strange objects fell to the ground. Numerous phone calls were made to the Municipal Office of the Civil Defense and the Police to report the sighting, which was described at the time as "a multicolored fireball that fell behind the Martial Glacier." The enclosure would be a sort of vacuum sphere? At my modest calculations this would be capable of 4 times the height of a hydrogen balloon. This extra interior space would allow a for larger payload. The space could be used for articles of warmth, food, electronics, etc.. The idea for a lighter then aircraft goes back over 100 years. The hot air balloon was a successful candidate. Combining a fine cloth such as silk canopy and a heating air device made the original hot air balloon. The air density within the balloon was changed via heating it. The decrease in density of the internal air while still maintaining the volume ended up as a defector change in mass density of the entire contraption. The result was that the air around the balloon, weighed more then the air within the balloon, buoyancy resulted, the device had to raise up to seek its own level. Later it was discovered the gases had various densities, hydrogen and helium being less dense then the air around the earth. Carbon dioxide, being heavier, and thusly hugging the ground. Advances in materiel’s to build with and engineering principles developed brought us to the dirigibles, blimps. Strung with nets and raised to new heights first as method’s of seeing over the horizon, then as true weapons of war. The airships came quickly to the scene, crossing the Atlantic, crisscrossing Europe; they were great ships of the air. But they were not yet flawless. Due to elaborate import export laws the United States stopped sending helium to Germany. They reasoned it would forestall Germany use of their airships as war platforms. However the German engineers discovered that they could use hydrogen instead, this gas being even lighter, then helium. The difference in weight is due to the atomic weight of the atoms, helium being fully double (2x) the weight of hydrogen. Ironically, this act of congress of the United States did just the opposite of what they wanted and expected. The change in gas allowed the great airships to now carry 25 % more weight then before due totally to the new mass density of the ship using a less dense gas. This is the point advances in airship engineering stopped. Now, lets take that long-delayed step forward. Instead of containing a gas, to fill a bladder, gaining lift through mass density disproportionation (heating, gases of varying density) the technology now exists (has for a while) to create a partial vacuum within a rigid shell, this shell maintaining a set volume, while the air within is simply pumped down to a much lower pressure. A way to consider this is by a thought experiment, imagine that on thanksgiving day a balloon is set up, it requires 40 handlers to keep it to the ground (40 x 150 = 6000 pounds) by filling up the balloon with hydrogen vs helium the balloon now would require 50 handlers ( 50 x 150 = 7500 ). You can see where this is going. Now imagine that the balloon is not a light wispy bit of Mylar and latex, but instead a shell of strong materiel. And from this new device we pull out 25% of the enclosed gas, now we have to rearrange our handlers again, (62.5 x 150 = 9375 pounds) the balloon stayed the same size, now a full vacuum at sea level is actually 0.0 psi gauge, this means that we could go lower, we still have enough lift potential to lift a small tractor. Herein lies the next step; the shell of this device must support itself and the payload. The math is pretty straight forward, a typical hot air balloon, 4-6 people, a fuel tank, and a basket. This balloon uses hot air, replace it and the balloon would shrink by 1/3 replace it instead and that figure is now half. So a hot air balloon at 80 foot x 65 feet would be 40 x 32, that figure is just to maintain the exact same lift, pull more vacuum and these numbers may contract by an additional 20 %, 32 feet x 25.6 feet. . Since the device activates with vacuum Vs fuel, a person on a bike type unit could in theory give lift, since that lift is not going away unless you open a valve, solar power would be all that would be require to power devices. Now these are the numbers as associated with a hot air balloon but the atmosphere doesn’t care about shape. Today a device exists that allows a person to imagine a shape on a computer, and then have that shape rendered in plastic. These devices start at around $14,000 us. The desired shape is placed into a computer, the shape is designed around the gondola, this shape is then sliced and diced into assorted 3, 5 and 7-sided plates. These plates are created, then a negative mold is made, the actual shell mold is designed to retain an eyelet to attach the gondola to the rigid shell. The completed device is put together using rigid scaffolding and attached to the gondola. There are more minor details, a computer design specialist, a materials handling group, a software engineer, versed in navigational programs, a large structure to build in. Done I have been thinking a lot about the navigational software for a lighter then air craft. To take some time out I started reading the book “Hacking Matter.” There is a page with a picture of buckey ball spheres and tubes. Did that ever give me an idea! Remember the old toys that would have a wooden central hub, and you would put a variable sized stick into holes that went around the outer axis. Well, ..... Perhaps this would also work, and perhaps it did a hundred years ago. Form a tube around 7 - 10 feet in diameter with these things, made of a steel alloy, coat it with screening, rubber, and the higher the vacuum the tighter it becomes. I think that this would work better then my plates. Unlike the stress that aluminum goes through in a flying craft are, the forces on this craft are always the same pulling inward. _________________________ As for using the craft to explore the north or south polar regions to locate any entrances that might exist … I’ve made up a roster of a possible payload for our modern airship. 1 square foot of air at sea level has this weight, 1728 = 25,401.6 pounds. 1 square inch has this weight 14.7 average human weight 150 pounds, 10,204 square inches. capsule to hold 1 person 400 pounds, + the person, 37,414 square inches capsule to hold 5 people, with supplies for one day; water 5 gallons (40 pounds) 5 people 750 pounds. radio, 5 pounds foods 25 pounds. Toiletries 2 pounds. Blankets 15 pounds. Heating units 30 pounds. Batteries 100 pounds. Solar panels 50 pounds. Vacuum pump, gauges, manual gearing, 45 pounds. This list = 1062 pounds. I posted some info about him on a forum and someone replied with this: I’ve had the complete Billy Meier VHS footage from the late 70’s. I found the footage interesting, but it appears to be a mixture of fraud and fact. I do believe he photographed objects in the air, but were these actually 21 feet in diameter as claimed or smaller scaled models photographed at a distance? I personally believe he may have photographed actual man made UFO’s in the valley below. There are a few known scientific groups in Germany that are working with these engineering exploits on behalf of the German government, not to mention the value these designs will have for other democratic nations if patent rights can be established. The UFO’s whether alien or man made is the ultimate question. Was Meier contacted by aliens? That can’t be proven either way so we are left with the filmed objects. _________________ Howdy miss tx51, I have a real problem with “contact” stories. However the Meier Mystery is one I have a lot of belief in. But it’s not because of all the pictures and movies he offered as proof. Those were impressive, but photographs can be doctored. What impressed me were the metal findings I reported on in my series of reports on the possible earthly origin of UFOs. Another thing leading me to believe Billy Meier is the fact that most “recognized” UFO groups are so vocal in their skepticism. That always waves a red flag to me. Dr. Vogel holds 22 patents and was the inventor of the magnetic coating memory system on floppy discs still used by all of us today. According to Gary Kinder in his study of the Meier case Light Years (1987): “ …One microscope area revealed “an enormous mélange of almost all of the elements in the periodic table.” And each element was exceedingly pure … What intrigued Vogel more than the number of elements and their purity was their discreteness: Each pure element was bound to the others, yet somehow retained its own identity. “In one small area in the middle of [one of the samples] blown up five hundred times, he found two parallel groves joined by furrows. But even more surprising to him was that the major element in that small area was the rare-earth metal thulium … “Thulium was only purified during World War II as a by-product of atomic energy work, and only in minute quantities. It is exceedingly expensive, far beyond platinum, and rare to come by. Someone would have to have an extensive metallurgical knowledge even to be aware of a compound of this type.” (Page 250). It might be noted here that Billy Meier is a poor one-armed farmer. It’s beyond doubtful that he could have somehow afforded or even known of this rare, expensive material. After running many tests on the Meier fragments Dr. Vogal concluded: “I could not put it together myself, as a scientist. With any technology that I know of, we could not achieve this on this planet. I think it is important that those of us who are in the scientific world set down and do some serious study of these things instead of putting it off as peoples imaginations.” (From the video, “Beamship: The Metal). After awhile we start to see a pattern of indisputable facts emerging. Metal and objects from UFOs have been found. However, they do not “fit” the scientific and “Ufologists” rules for study. They all consist of earthly elements. Of course, at no time will they bring up the subject of the fabrication of the material in question. Another topic that someone posted caught my attention was this: Timeline Shift? Has anyone experience a timeline shift? I have several times. I have noticed that the timeline has mirrored at least twice and back; and I remember a few things from before it flipped. Perhaps it happens frequently and we mostly don’t notice. Ever wonder why it is so difficult for some kids to get left and right figured out? there’s only 2 choices so what’s the problem? Still some kids have great difficulty getting it straight. The one thing that stands out most is I distinctly remember The death of Nelson Mandella in 1982. It was not just a misprint in the paper either. I remember the big funeral and all. In this timeline he is still alive. There were a few other things that I noticed that were different immediately after the shift but as time goes by it becomes more difficult to recall. At one point I could recall at least three major differences but now its gone. Has anyone else experienced anything like this. Do you have memories that you assumed were true for years only to find out there is a different version? I would very much like to here any stories along these lines or timelines as it were.
