"Who is it ?"
On june 29,
1832, Nikolai Tarkonov, a Russian explorer and
folkloirist, launched an expedition to the Podkammenaya
Tunguska
River region of central Siberia. He was interested in a nomadic
tribe called
the Pazyrskoye, a subdivision of the Evenks, which
worshipped "a god
from the stars" who they called
"The Tormentor", which was aided by a race
of spirit-beings. Tarkonov invented another name for the
deity, calling it
"Tchutchulcha"
(after the medieval torturer-demon), and a name for the
goggle-eyed
dwarfish race :
"Kostchtchie".

Soon, the German and the Russian were both followers of
the Pazyrskoye's

Going back to Germany, in 1855, Graubenstein got arrested in 1857.

name to John Grennar. In England, he worked diligently on
the spreading
of cult beliefs, insinuating cult rituals into occultist
groups. Thus, the
Victorian-era in England was literally overrun with
groups which were
more-or-less Tchutchulcha cult
subsidiaries.
The most famous
subsidiary group was the Hermetic Order of the
Golden
Dawn, nominally controlled by Anna Sprengel, a young German
woman
initiated into the cult in 1856.
In 1918,
Aleister Crowley announced to Graubenstein that he contacted
a being called "Lam".
Josef
Graubenstein returned to Germany, proclaiming himself to
be the great-great-grandson of the "original"
Graubenstein. He quickly
became a shining star on the German occultistic scene. He
also knew that
Crowley's "Lam" was a representative of the race
called "Kostchtchie",
and that this meant Tchutchulcha's day was coming . The
second
wave of cult activity was
initiated.
Graubenstein formed his own branch of the group, called
the "Star Society".
In 1945,
Graubenstein was living in America.
There are
refferences, in some Delta Green sites, to "The
Traveler", the "Thief of Form" from Golden
Dawn.
According
to Branton, Mr. Courtney M. Brown experimented a remote
viewing event, along with his trainer, a former RV for
the U.S. Military.
Shortly after
this particular experiment began, Brown found himself
in an area - he didn't know exactly where this was. He
"followed" this
collective mind and found it to be absolutely massive,
giving him the feeling
of something unbounded, and almost universal in nature.
However, he
detected a sort of
"heart beat" center of this collective matrix.
Brown
found himself in an area where several paraphysical entities
were located. He didn't know exactly where this was, but
noticed that
the closer he came to the control "center" the more he sensed
a rigid
atmosphere of absolute military-like control. The central
governing team was
a "council of 10", very congregated. These were
apparently the governing
principalities who were engaged in running the whole
operation. The security
here was absolutely incredible.
Then he
perceived the "supreme leader" of the "council of 10" entities,
and about this point Courtney Brown was jerked back into
his body, so
to speak. He sensed that this "leader" had detected the
presence of the RV
intruder, and had
followed him to his physical source. Brown and his
trainer felt a deep, dark "cloud" enter the room and it
stayed about half a
minute scrutinizing the scene. It left, apparently seeing
the two RV'ers as
"small frys" who were not worth wasting its own time
over.
Brown was able
to perceive for a brief moment what this being was
really like: extremely powerful, but with a twisted
personality that was
full of darkness; the RV'er sensed in this being a severe
self-esteem problem,
in spite of its incredible power and 'cause of this it had a consuming
desire to be worshipped by others. Brown also got the
impression that it was
fear and pride - its perceived need to be worshipped -
and that this being
was utterly desperate to maintain its very survival or
existence (strange
for a seemingly "immortal" being),
choosing to resort to rebellion and
terrorism in a desperate attempt to take
control of the situation - a strong
impression that this being was the ultimate universal
terrorist !
Another psychic report (World of the strange - News, page 3) is
mentioning that some events occured as a result of the
Machu Picchu Stargate
opening at the Spring Equinox.
"There was some unexpected interference from some very "Dark" Beings
who came through the Stargate that had just been opened
at Machu Picchu.(...)
Our journey led us to Alcyone, and then out to the edge
of the Galaxy.
(...) There was a strange totally Black object, sort of like a
cloaked ship.

to be cut from the same pattern, all appearing to be highly vindictive and

Their god is called "Ta".

group of non-physical entities called "The Nine", closely

Coming from somewhere north,
a flying vehicle runs into the
north tower of the World Trade Center. Or, is it? First
thing first, listen
to that sound. It's a supersonic, damn
it...
Now, watch signature_gunshipsoutlined. According to dr. Richard
Boylan, inside the aircraft is (1) a man (with a flat top
military hair
cut) at the controls (looking thru a device) in a white suit
positioning
the craft (or guns) for targeting ; (2) is the usual X
symbol on a part of
the gun mechanism, meaning "those who rule" ; (3) is the face of a
large
pterodactyl on one of the gun barrels; (4) is a large gun
and long barrel
of the gun (notice also the snake motifs arround the
barrel).

close to the head
of the ptera and the signature lizard is the "snake
logo".
(1) again is the X symbol on the face of a long-nosed draco to
signify "those who rule"; he also seems to be dressed in

Orion culture); (2) is a dog at the foot of the egyptian drac
signifying the
Sirian/Syrian B who rule alongside the "lizards";
the Ra (but if you look
closely below is a face of a crocodile lizard, again an
Egyptian motif for
"the Reptilian House of those who rule"); (3) is the long
winding figure
of the snake, a major symbol throughout this type of
ship. In

to the ship.
Moments after the first strike, beneath the smoke appears a

source, inside this one there is a long
nosed draconian backed by a being with two large black eyes placing his
large white hand on the drac's shoulder, and a pignosed draconian standing

It was the official logo of the U. S. Marine Corps elite
Warfighting
Laboratory specializing in Urban Warfare. This
logo is hideously
arresting, for it shows a green monstruous dragon arising out of the
sea in New York City and gobbling up (devouring) the "twin towers"
of the World Trade Center.
This first logo was pulled from the internet site after the 9/11/01
attacks on the WTC,
and replaced with the one you can watch...
As you can see, behind the airplanes is the same Green Basilisk
Dragon that we saw devouring the "twin towers" in the first logo. The
Marines
are not attacking
toward this Basilisk Dragon, but the dragon is pictured
as the being
that is "backing " the Corps, the being that gives the
Marines their power! There can be no other explanation.
This logo is pictured
as the Green Basilisk Dragon giving the U. S. Marine Corps Urban
Warfighting Laboratory their power over the enemy (who
would this enemy be,
anyway ?). The Marine Corps leadership is pictorially
delivering the message
that they are empowered with occult power.

The Department of the Navy (D.O.N.) is a relatively small clandestine
agency within the United States Government which is
staffed primarily by
individuals ostensibly recruited and trained by other
elements of the
Federal Government. It is funded and supported by the
National Security Agency

armed forces and other governamental organizations.

Despite its name, the "Department of the Navy" has very little to do
with the actual United States Navy. Its existence is

they completely interract with all of the extraterrestrials.

Some allege that below the Gizeh plateau is an immense cavern in
which the "Black Monks" of the NSA, aryan humanoids from

I'm a native Romanian and I
keep in touch with some friends from within my country. This
way,
I found out
there's a book of Radu Cinamar, called "Future with a cranium"/"Viitor cu cap de
mort".
According to him, an underground facility was found in the Carpatians,
sometime 2002-2003.
The
leader of the "Zero Department" of SRI (paranormal activities), Cezar Brad, was
the only one
able to get it opened. The subterranean was estimated to
be 55 000 years old, from the Atlantean period.
Cezar
Brad got trained to develop his psi
capacities by a certain "Dr. Xien" - who was assisted by a
mysterious woman.
When
the underground facility got opened, the irakian subterranean - similar to this
one - "got activated",
says the author.
In a
second book of Radu Cinamar, he reveals that Dr. Xien was, in
fact, a Tibetan named Repa Sandhu,
who retired to China during the '50s attack of China
against Tibet.
This

point is: there's a Romanian/Atlantean underground facility, an irakian
subterranean (located near
Bagdad) - on the Sumerian empire teritory, and the Ladakh

THE FOLLOWING IS YET ANOTHER 'POST' THAT WAS SENT TO ME BY 'PHENOMEN-31'
What can I say?
As Rene Guenon revealed, this solar system (God knows what its real name is :
Sol, Ors, Ra... - does it have a name ?, whatever...) doesn't have a spherical
geometrical shape, meaning the movement of the planets arround this Sun is in
fact elypsoid, one of its centers being the Sun, while the other is the "black
sun".
As in Newtonian physics, the orbits of the planets would be the result of the
atraction of the "twin star" (this Gemini symbol, again...) of the Sun, named
Nemesis.
Nemesis is a "black star"/protostar located outside this solar system (dha !)
in the direction of Orion, condensed in a huge solid iced sphere ("the sphere is
the symbol of imperfection" - Nichita Stanescu, Romanian poet). It's been
detected by the Iris satelites.
"The black sun" is located somewhere arround the orbit of Jupiter.
Once upon a time, between Mars and Jupiter there was a planet called "The
White Star / The Yellow Star", also known as Maldek. Something happened (sh*t
happens), and the war between Maldek and Mars got so effective in destroying one
planet and rendering the other planet lifeless.
The White Star exploded. Part of its matter is now the asteroids centure
situated between Mars and Jupiter (again, dha !). Another part got atracted by
Saturn, forming today's "ring"... The other part of the remnants of the White
Star went on Jupiter, in the "red spot" area, which is still bounded
"energetically" to previous location of the "White/Yellow Star".
"The red spot" of Jupiter is an elyptic phenomenon, aproximately 30 000 km
long and 12 800 wide.
According to Branton, Nemesis is the major center of the draco-Orionite
agenda recording this solar system, being the source of planetoids like
Geographos and Phobos.
According to other sources (a "contactee" from the Orient), the beings on
Ganymede have the pineal gland connected to the pituitar through certain
nervs, while the pituitar is linked to the optical nerve, therefore they have a
"six sense" (do they see dead people? - just kidding...).
Their ancestors are supposed to be coming from the "Yellow Planet"...
On 27 of April 1973, Ingo Swann accomplished a remote viewing on Jupiter,
including "the red spot'. He didn't "sense" nothing special...
Another remote viewing on the red spot, available on the net, is revealing
