Welcome to Pistol Pete's Motorcycle Safety Link

Hello Everyone, I have devoted much time and effort into building my Home Page with the best links and stuff to play with this part of the Web Site will be dedicated to Motorcycle safety.  First I want to say I have been riding for at least 12 years and as of this writing I have had my hope fully one major accident.  Things could have been much worse, however I was wearing proper gear and followed the things that I was taught when I first began riding.  Recently my wife informed me that she was not going to ride backseat any more and that if she were going to ride she wanted her own pony.  She has settled on an 883 (tm).  However, though I do not have a problem with her riding, I have informed her that she will take a motorcycle safety course.  To which she agreed.  I have tried to instill in her the same old cliché's that I got when I first started and I hope she was listening. And they say men have selective hearing (ha).  On this page you will find a list of links to use to find things such as training courses or retailers offering you the latest in gear to ride safe with.  Look around and enjoy, and remember, if you are new to riding there is no substitute for experience.  I have learned more from listening to stories and advice from older and wiser riders than myself than any training course could have taught me when I first began now on the other hand we have experience teaching today's courses.   PP
