Navy Vets & Merchants get clobbered on final night of regular season

In Niagara Junior 'C' hockey action the Woodstock Navy Vets lost their final game of the season 9-3 against the Aylmer Spitfires.

It will be the battle of 59 beginning Febrauary 4th when the Vets take on the Merchants in the 1st round in Norwich. The game gets begins at 8:00pm.

Meanwhile the Norwich Merchants were taken by surprise by the New Hamburg Firebirds.

The Birds came out on top and clobbered Norwich 8-3.

The Merchants have an impressive record with 31 wins this season.
