Roze
As a Roze (and a Raxe too) himself, my zo Gopo (Raxo to most Roze) will consult on this section. Also, NEVER refer to a Roze as a nomad or Gypsy(they don't study English [Xeye--the Ze percieve English speaking peoples esp. Americans as having ideals that seem Xe to them like fame and fortune other ye may share those ideals but the name was taken.] so they don't understand the terms and often consider it offensive when ye speak to them in ye languages.
Although the isles are quite small, there is enough land for 100-200 Roze families to live on far apart (and far from towns). They use the old form of Ze and have a quite different culture.

The Roze are so called because they live outside and are a male-dominated society. They travel from place to place and sleep on futon-like mats in the open (under simple tents in the rain). They have few possesions and like it that way. Their superpowers are extremely powerful -- rivaling those of the three Da and their children. Those who are Roze by birth thend to have smaller wings and are uneasy about flying (note from Gopo: Those crazy Raze think that flying is easy! We Roze spend more time falling than flying when we try. And it's so high up -- vertigo puts it mildly).
Going Roxe:
Naturally the simplicity of Roze life attracts some Raze (Te,Ke, and Geze) ...
A note on a change of terminology from Gypsy to nomad: Although Roze culture holds similarities to stereotypical Gypsy culture, they are not actually ethnically Roma . No Roze has met a Roma, and they probably never will. I have also learned that "Gypsy" is considered derogatory, but for the reasons previously stated they can not be called "Roma." For those of you interested in true Romani I reccomend this site.
