I have one radio control car... FG Marder Buggy 1:6 Zenoah 22C 2-stroke petrol 2WD.

It has two servos for steering, 1 for brake/throttle. 40Mhz transmitter & receiver. 1800mah 5 cell battery. Two body shells & two wings. Pictures here

If you are interested in getting a RC model car, you will need roughly the following...

Glo-fuel car... The car- probably 50% to 95% complete, depending on make. £150 (2 wheel) - £300 + (for a 4 wheel drive) Bundled engines are usually extremely poor. First thing to do is rip it out and replace with OS or Irvine engine. Engine with Electric start at least £100. Add another £25 for pull-start (if so * bits aren't needed) Standard Exhaust- £10. No silicone tubing required. Might need a manifold, depending on car setup. or.. Pipe -£25. Tuned Pipe £100. Plus some high temp. silicone tubing for the manifold to pipe connection £10 Manifold to fit engine/exhaust or pipe £6- various types- straight, 90 forward, 90' backward. * For Electric start you will need the extra bits..make sure the car CAN be electric started (fly-wheel accessible from the bottom?) As you can see- the price for Glo-Plug cars creep up as you need some extra parts over the petrol cars. I would say avoid glo-fuel cars- they are a pain in the ass. Stick to petrol cars- miles better.
