This is my mother's best friend's son, Michael, taken probably in '93 or '94. We grew up pretty much as brothers and were best friends till we got cars and girlfriends. He's sitting on my bed in my old room at my grandparent's house with Leah on the left and April on the right. April's dead now, shot to death by her stepfather while she was trying to kill him in his sleep with a knife. I've known some crazy people!
