Lollapalooza 2003: The Foreword
Well as many of you know the grand tour of many various acts titled Lollapalooza finally made its return in 2003. I was able to attend the show although I was raped of 60 hard earned Plasma dollars, but in the end it was worth it. The bands that performed were The Distillers (ungrateful, energy-less mongrels), The Donnas (I credit them for energy but not thier music), Jurassic 5 (Very cool guys with a great stage presence even though the people weren't feeling it), Queens of the Stone Age (Rocked well and hard), Incubus (Always a good show), Audioslave (Energy that was hard to beat) and Jane's Addiction (Good band , Good show). You may notice that there are no pictures of The Distillers, J5, Queens, or Jane's Addiction because throughout the show I was told by the idiots at Blossom to put my camera away. This also explains the lack of centering and overall quality of the pictures. Regardless, this is what I saw and it was good.
A little sidewalk band called Golden Buddah that surprisingly were very creative and interesting.
