Germany secured their place in the last 16 as they overcame Cameroon with ease, scoring two goals, one in each half. This result also secured Cameroon's fate and sent them out of the competition.

Klose scored another goal yet again, which means he has scored 5 goals in 3 games, pretty impressive. Germany were always going to progress and they did just that with an emphatic game.

The only down side was that this was the most heated match in the competition seeing 16 yellow cards and two sending offs. A really dirty match with a expected scoreline.
